| The
screenshots provided are to demonstrate the change in process and
flow. The example to the left is the original product detail page
used by sellers to promote their products and services. The example
to the right is the redesigned product detail page. This page was
redesigned to highlight areas of importance and increase transactions.
This was the beginning of the change in flow. In addition –
the entire navigation was changed for ease of use. |
Left
is the original shopping cart. Right is the redesigned shopping
cart. Steps not used by small businesses, (New REQ, New RFQ and
New PO) were removed and helpful tips were added to encourage transactions
without training. |

| Left
is the original ship to page. Right is the redesigned ship to page.
The FOB option was removed, as it is not utilized by most small
businesses, and the ability to save keystrokes by saving shipping
information for future purchases was added. |
Left
is the original billing information page. Right is the redesigned
billing information page. Again, the process flow was simplified
by removing fields not needed by small businesses and provided a
familiar user interface that offers tips to the most frequently
asked questions. |

|
| The
next area addressed was the flow in which suppliers were loading
products/service into the system. Left is the first page of the
original process. To the right is the redesigned page. Within the
first week of the launch there was a 1000% increase in new product
and services listed for sale by suppliers. |
